f1111 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "f1111", "we", "us", "our" refers to the f1111 platform operated at f1111.io and its affiliated operating entity.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on f1111.io or uses any service offered on the platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on f1111.io.
• "Platform" means the f1111.io website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any related software or services provided by f1111.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a Player's Account subject to bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum turnover condition that must be met before Bonus Funds or any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all f1111 accounts are denominated.
• "Services" means all betting, casino, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gambling or entertainment products accessible through the Platform.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, from which date the current version of these Terms & Conditions applies.

By accessing the f1111 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform and must not register an Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

f1111 may rely on electronic records of your acceptance, including IP address logs, device identifiers, and timestamp data, as evidence of your agreement to these Terms & Conditions in the event of any dispute.

Use of f1111 is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion the Platform is accessed:

• You are at least 21 years of age. f1111 does not permit access to or use of its Services by anyone under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any jurisdiction.
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or director of f1111 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• Your participation in real-money gambling online does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your country, state, or region of residence.

f1111 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, and during any routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification.

Where f1111 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player may be under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on f1111. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or additional accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, f1111 will close all duplicate accounts and may, at its sole discretion, void all associated bets and confiscate any winnings derived from those accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide information that is:

• Accurate, truthful, and complete at the time of submission;
• Updated promptly whenever any registered detail changes; and
• Consistent with the documentation you hold in your own legal name.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. f1111 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

f1111 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any existing Account where it determines, at its sole discretion, that maintaining the Account is inconsistent with its compliance obligations or operational policies.

All financial transactions on f1111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. f1111 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or as soon as the relevant payment network confirms the transaction.
• f1111 accepts deposits only from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded and may trigger a compliance review.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with our support team.
• f1111 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• f1111 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before releasing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Withdrawal requests submitted while a player's Account balance includes uncleared Bonus Funds subject to active Wagering Requirements may be held until those requirements are resolved.

f1111 operates a strict anti-money-laundering policy. Any transaction that raises reasonable suspicion of financial crime will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

f1111 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback, and seasonal promotions. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of launch, as well as the general provisions set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. f1111 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at any time.
• Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds that remain subject to unmet Wagering Requirements after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Funds may be used only on eligible games or betting markets as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Certain game categories — including live casino, specific progressive jackpot slots, or selected crash games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward Wagering Requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. f1111 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that a Player has attempted to claim a welcome bonus more than once using different accounts.
• The misuse or fraudulent exploitation of any bonus offer — including through the opening of duplicate accounts, colluding with other Players, or employing low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to clear Wagering Requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

All bets placed on f1111 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type as published in f1111's product-specific rule pages. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bets are accepted at the odds or game parameters displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• f1111 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on erroneous odds caused by system error, manifest pricing error, or data feed failure.
• In the event of an event postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that event. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply and may vary by sport, market, and account tier. f1111 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts without prior notice.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your Account Balance promptly following official result confirmation. f1111 relies on official result sources and reserves the right to delay settlement where results are under review or subject to protest.
• Any bet that f1111 has reasonable grounds to believe was placed with knowledge of a fixed, arranged, or corrupted outcome will be voided and the associated Account reviewed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on f1111 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration or account operation;
• Accessing or attempting to access f1111 using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any technology that simulates human interaction with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having advance knowledge of any match-fixing, spot-fixing, or result manipulation scheme;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform — any such discovery must be reported to [email protected] immediately;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing f1111 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent account limits, responsible gaming tools, or any other protective measure implemented by f1111.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;

• Frame, mirror, or deep-link to any part of the Platform without f1111's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of f1111's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of the licence granted herein and may give rise to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f1111 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any feature thereof;
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in the content, odds, or results displayed on the Platform;
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements caused by third-party payment processors or network providers;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit f1111's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the revised terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties in the first instance.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits f1111's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
